Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return:

Contact us at support@petystore.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns must be unused and in original packaging.


Refunds:

Once we confirm the issue, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet-related consumables (e.g., food, supplements).

Wrong address:
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
